An evening with Tohu Wines

- Published on Thursday, 27 October 2011 13:48
Tohu wine tasting & food matching
"Tohu (pronounced Tor-who) is the world's first Maori owned wine company. Since 1998, we've been making our mark on the world with wines produced from New Zealand's premier grape growing regions: Marlborough and Nelson.
"Our wines are a superb example of varietal excellence with a unique and distinct appeal. Yet they are more than a product of our skill as winemakers. Tohu (meaning sign or signature) wines are a sign of our integrity as wine producers and custodians of the rugged yet fertile soils of our country Aotearoa, New Zealand.
"Our vineyards are certified by Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand and we see this program as an integral part of our values — working with the environment without compromising quality and integrity"
The Hop Garden in association with Tohu wines invite you to join us for a special evening where we will taste six wines from the Tohu range, each matched to a dish created especially to highlight the relationship between great wine and food.
